Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RS Fuel Station RFID System. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

RS Fuel Station provides an automated RFID-based fuel pumping system that allows users to:

• Register and maintain an account with our system
• Top-up their account balance
• Dispense fuel at RFID-enabled pump stations
• Track transaction history
• Manage their profile and account information

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid mobile device with internet connectivity
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Be authorized to use the payment method provided

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Location Services

Our application requires access to your device's location for transaction verification and security purposes. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your location data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Top-Up Services

When topping up your account balance:

• All transactions are final and cannot be reversed unless authorized by management
• Top-up amounts must be between ₱1.00 and ₱50,000.00 per transaction
• Multiple top-ups may be performed, but accounts cannot exceed a maximum balance as set by RS Fuel Station
• We are not responsible for delays in crediting your account due to technical issues beyond our control

6. Fuel Dispensing

When dispensing fuel through our system:

• You must have sufficient balance in your account
• You agree to comply with all safety regulations at fuel pump stations
• Unauthorized modifications to dispensing equipment are strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend services to accounts involved in fraudulent activity

7. Fees and Charges

RS Fuel Station may charge service fees for certain transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RS Fuel Station shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control
• Third-party actions or system failures

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the application for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the system
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to access the application

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our application is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Termination of Service

RS Fuel Station reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Have an outstanding balance or debt

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the application. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
